How much does it cost to move from Wix or Squarespace to Webflow or Framer?
Agency quotes we see for moving a Wix or Squarespace site to Webflow or Framer typically range from $1,500 to $25,000, and they vary widely by team, region and scope. The low end is a small like-for-like rebuild. The high end is a large site with a blog, integrations and a full redesign.
The wide range exists because every builder exit is a manual rebuild. Neither Wix nor Squarespace exports a site Webflow or Framer can import, so the price is really the cost of designing, building and moving content. For the platform choice itself, see Wix vs Webflow vs Framer and the wider guide to outgrowing Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy.

What is the Squarespace to Webflow migration cost by site size?
Site size is the clearest predictor of price, followed by whether you redesign. The ranges below are typical of what we see quoted in 2026; quotes outside them aren't unusual, so treat them as a guide for comparing proposals.
Scope | Typical market quotes | Designify fixed price |
|---|---|---|
DIY rebuild in Framer or Webflow | Plan fee plus your time | Not applicable |
One landing page | Lower end of the range | $6,000 landing page |
Small site, up to 6 pages, like-for-like | Lower end, from about $1,500 | $8,000 with a custom design |
Small Wix site to Framer | From about $4,000 | $8,000 with a custom design |
10 pages with a custom design | Mid range | $10,000 |
20 pages plus a blog and integrations | Upper end, toward $25,000 | $15,000 for pages, migration scoped on the call |
Store or bookings replacement | Scoped separately | Scoped on the intro call |
Designify prices are calculated from our published offer: $8,000 for up to six pages plus $500 for each extra page. Migration work such as content import and redirects is scoped on the intro call, and we include redirects and SEO checks in any migration we take on.
What drives the cost of a Wix or Squarespace migration?
Five things drive the price: page count, blog and CMS content, integrations, redesign scope and SEO risk. Two sites with the same page count can differ several times in price because of the last three.
- Page count. Each unique layout has to be designed and built. Repeated layouts built from CMS templates are cheaper per page.
- Blog and CMS content. Posts need moving, images need re-hosting and Wix /post/ URLs need redirects to the new structure.
- Integrations. Forms, CRM connections, scheduling, payments and analytics each need rebuilding and testing.
- Redesign scope. A like-for-like rebuild is cheaper but keeps the old site's weaknesses. A new design adds design time but usually costs less than people expect, because the rebuild happens either way.
- SEO risk. Sites with ranking pages need a full URL map, redirects, metadata checks and post-launch monitoring.
How does Designify's fixed price compare?
Our website offer is $8,000, fixed, for up to six pages, with $500 for each extra page. It includes custom design, a Next.js build, a CMS and animation. One team owns the words, design and code, so there's no hand-off between a designer and a developer.
We build in Next.js by default for this package, and we also build in Framer and Webflow. If you're set on a specific builder, we'll say so on the call and scope it. Delivery timelines are scoped on the intro call, because they depend on content readiness and integrations.
Pros
- One fixed price, agreed before work starts
- Custom design rather than a template copy
- Words, design and code from one team
- Redirects and SEO checks included in any migration we take on
Cons
- More than a like-for-like freelance rebuild of a tiny site
- Not the cheapest option if you only need pages copied across
- Store and booking replacements are scoped separately
Hypothetical example: pricing a nine-page Squarespace site
For example, suppose a B2B services company on Squarespace has nine pages and 25 blog posts. At our published price, nine pages cost $8,000 plus three extra pages at $500 each, so $9,500 for design and build.
The blog move, image re-hosting and redirects for 25 posts are scoped on the intro call. A cheaper quote might cover only the nine pages and leave the team to move posts and set redirects themselves, which is where hidden costs usually appear.
Can you lower the cost of a builder migration?
Yes. The cheapest migration is the one with less to move, so cut before you rebuild. Most builder sites carry pages that get no traffic and posts that no longer reflect the business.
Audit traffic
Export page traffic and keep only pages and posts with real visits or links.
Merge thin pages
Combine overlapping service pages into one stronger page and redirect the old ones.
Prepare content
Hand over final copy and images. Waiting on content is a common cause of delay.
Replace tools early
Choose scheduling, store or email tools before the build, not during it.
For other platform moves, compare WordPress to Webflow migration cost and Webflow to Framer migration cost.
Is a DIY migration cheaper?
A DIY migration is cheaper in cash and more expensive in time and risk. It works for a small site with no blog and little search traffic, where a missed redirect costs little. It's a poor fit when the site brings in leads from search, because errors in URLs and metadata are easy to make and slow to notice.
